| Notes: | Pre-auction absentee bidding: Once approved you may leave a single absentee bid or use the maximum bid feature. When a maximum bid is left, the absentee platform will administer the next specified increment on your behalf competitively when someone bids against you on line and then keep you in high position as long as your maximum has not been met. If you are out-bid online prior to the live auction the system will notify you via e-mail up to absentee bid closing time. If your maximum bid has not been realized by close of the absentee event your bid will be administered at the current level at the live auction and any remaining maximum bid amount will be proxy-bid on your behalf against any competing floor bids. Duration of absentee bidding platform : Absentee pre-bidding will be available once you have funded the appropriate earnest deposit and will begin closing at 10 a.m. April 26th. Buyers Premium: This platform calculates in net bidding. That is to say that any applicable buyer's premium will not be recorded or posted on this system. The Tax possession properties are subject to a 5% buyers premium which will added to any winning bid to become the contract price. The Tax Title assets are NOT subject to the buyers premium. |
| Terms: | Abbreviated terms: Specified earnest deposit must be funded to be authorized for bidding. Earnest deposits may be US mailed by bank check or wire transfer to be deposited in the auctioneers escrow account. Allow enough lead time for US mailed checks to arrive in adequate time to participate. Bidders must agree with the specific terms of this auction sale.
